New Team Rose

Something I did just for fun. Decided to add Vector since he is part of Team Rose in Sonic Free Riders, and for some weird reason, he actually fits in there, making this particular team, in my personal opinion, much more varied and interesting than Team Sonic.

I'll see if I actually get to color this one later on.
